Challenge
EVCOM are always looking to diversify their network and reach young people beyond its existing circles.
With limited resources, EVCOM have struggled to build a dedicated audience on other platforms, often feeling that their resources were going to waste.
The team want to create engaging content while maintaining their professional image.

The partnership has enabled EVCOM to reach a whole new audience who are actively engaged, leading to increased interaction with their content.
The team have seen a significant increase in their Next Gen Membership for young creatives, as well as improved attendance at their events.
The EVCOM team highly value ERIC’s support & expertise; ERIC’s in-house Gen Z team are a huge highlight, helping EVCOM to effortlessly connect with their target audiences.
Within 6 months, EVCOM had connected with 6,171 young creatives on ERIC.
Of these, 56% live outside of London, 43% are from the Global Majority, and 31% are part of the LGBTQIA+ community.
Looking ahead
EVCOM aim to engage even more young people through their events & awards, keeping their community on the ERIC platform active and growing.
The team plan to utilise ERIC’s latest data and insights to identify areas for further improvement and refine their strategies.
EVCOM are excited to grow alongside ERIC, expanding their reach across the UK and establishing a stronger presence outside of London.
EVCOM’s long-term goal is to diversify the industry’s demographic. As the team noted, they “couldn’t do that without reaching the people that ERIC puts [them] in touch with”.
