Regan Warner is an award-winning Executive Creative Director, known for redefining storytelling with boundless enthusiasm.
She helped win the Titanium Lion for Xbox’s The Everyday Tactician, proving that playing games can transform potential into reality. The campaign won multiple Grand Prix and continues to pick up awards. She led Hellmann’s The Smart Jar, using innovation in design to tackle food waste. From Dove’s As Early As Five, exposing race-based hair discrimination, to L’Oréal Paris’ The Non-Issue, challenging ageism in beauty, her work consistently sparks change.
Beyond the work, Regan is a fierce advocate for creative talent. She mentors through SheSays and Lollipop Mentoring, has spoken at AdWeek’s Creative Equals, and helped lead returner creatives for Creative Comeback London. She was named in the official 40 Over Forty list in 2020.

I’m Jack Latchford, a talent acquisition and development professional with a focus on early careers in the advertising, communications, and media industry. Currently, I’m the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for Early Careers at Publicis Groupe, where I’m responsible for attracting, selecting, managing, and onboarding candidates taking their first step into the world of advertising. I’m passionate about helping talent find their footing in the right role, in the right industry. Before joining Publicis Groupe, I worked as a Talent Manager at GroupM and prior to that spent over seven years at Mediacom (now EssenceMediacom).

Hi, I'm Becky, the Early Careers Lead at Dentsu. I've been with Dentsu for 10 years, having previously worked in external recruitment. My career has always been rooted in Talent Acquisition, and for the past three years, I've focused on bringing entry-level talent into our organisation.
My role involves ensuring we attract diverse entry-level talent while also considering our overall strategy, recruitment processes, policies, and candidate engagement.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, walking, going to the gym, and watching a good box set!

Named in Forbes 30 Under 30 in 2024, she is the award-winning Founder and CEO of Girls in Marketing, a female-led organisation that provides accessible learning resources for marketers. Alongside her work at Girls in Marketing, Olivia is the Co-Founder and CMO of Passata, an AI productivity startup. With 8+ years of experience in business and marketing; Olivia’s expertise lies in brand building, marketing growth, and strategy as well as creative campaigns and podcasting, Olivia has trained over 12,000 marketers and led internships with brands like Adobe and monday.com.

Adam Shaw is a freelance photographer based out of his studio in Leicestershire.
A Cumbrian who studied photography at Nottingham Trent University at the end of the 90s, he first entered the industry working as a photography studio co-ordinator for a global manufacturer and then moved to an in-house position with a retail design agency. Years spent working on high volume catalogue productions and for high street retailers gave him the experience and tools to transition to a successful freelance career.
Adam has since worked internationally and across the UK producing authentic, conscientious work for a wide range of organisations and businesses.
He is drawn toward working alongside everyday people and communities to help them tell their stories and share their loves. It's one of the ways he can play a part in challenging prejudice and discrimination.

Oli Goldman is Senior Director of Operations at Organic, a film and TV publicity agency. His key roles include managing Origins, a training programme to help bring more diverse and skilled talent in the industry.
Prior to this role, he managed Organic’s social media team, working on campaigns such as Paddington Bear, Peaky Blinders and Dune.
Oli has also previously worked for BAFTA and the BFI.

Jessie Leong: Having spent the last decade honing her digital marketing skills in a variety of industries, Jessie is a senior marketing and communications manager at We Are Futures. Working with clients such as Samsung, NatWest, and Unilever, much of her role includes developing integrated marketing strategies that help brands drive advocacy amongst young people. She is an advocate for equal access to education and serves on the Board of Trustees for the University of Suffolk’s Students’ Union.
Sabrina Bah: Sabrina is a Marketing Executive at We Are Futures, where she has spent the last two and a half years working on campaigns for clients such as Sky, Adobe, McDonald’s, and Scottish Water. Her role focuses on helping brands connect with young people and communities through innovative marketing strategies. When not working, Sabrina enjoys relaxing at home with her cat, King, exploring new music, and diving into new books. She’s looking forward to inspiring students with insights into building a career in the marketing industry.

Reuben is an edutainer; an award-wining combination of event host, keynote speaker, facilitator and comedian. For the last twenty years he’s been working to inspire possibility, through creating uplifting spaces for people to connect, celebrate, collaborate, and grow. Dave's professional background is in media, education, community-development plus volunteer environmental activism in Brighton and beyond (stepped-down from 3-yr role as Coordinator for Brighton & Hove Friends of the Earth group, '24).
He taught media-production at Northbrook College, Worthing and Brighton Metro. College for seven years altogether. Before 'retiring' Dave was a Community Development Worker for both Brighton and Hove City Council and the Trust for Developing Communities, Brighton.

Hey! I’m Jeffrey Oyinlola, the Founder & Director of Pick Up The Mic, a podcast network dedicated to amplifying diverse voices through the power of content and conversations. With a background in Environmental Sciences, and Sustainability, Entrepreneurship, & Design, I bring a unique interdisciplinary perspective to my work. Passionate about sustainability and the role of media and communication in driving change, I advocate for an integrated approach to addressing societal challenges, whether this is related to the environment, entrepreneurship, or employment.
Driven by my love for storytelling and community engagement, I founded Pick Up The Mic to create a platform that not only showcases talent but also fosters a supportive environment for creatives, students, and young people. As a gamer, content creator, and public speaker, I bring a wealth of diverse interests to my business. Through this, I’ve established a space where storytelling and community engagement converge, highlighting the transformative power of content. As a creative freelancer, Charley has produced over 100 hours of radio reaching thousands of listeners. The shows have included interviews with media personalities, professional actors, NHS staff, community youth leaders, and other notable individuals across various sectors.
Some of Charley's other career highlights include her work as a Young Persons Guidance Coach delivering sessions focused on lifestyle and personal development. As an actor Charley has graced both stage and screen and more recently, she delivered a 5-week Masterclass for Chain Reaction Youth Theatre on script work and character development.
To date, Charley has worked alongside Channel 4, Rich Mix Arts & Cultural Centre, Theatre Royal; Stratford East, Talawa, Deja Vu FM, Itch FM, Shoreditch radio, Newham Recorder, and Amor Magazine to name a few platforms where she has exercised her talents within media, entertainment and education.

Jacqui has been with the Financial Times for 15 years, bringing over 3 decades of experience in the media industry. As the FT DEI Partner Jacqui leads the development of a portfolio of early career programmes that align with the FT DEI Strategy. Jacqui is also the Co-Chair of the FT Employee Resource Group FT Access. Through these initiatives Jacqui is committed to providing equitable opportunities for young people from diverse backgrounds, building a talent pipeline that reflects and strengthens the FT's commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
Olivia Hylton is Project Lead for FT Schools at the Financial Times. Olivia has over five years' experience working on projects that support young people across the education, charity and arts sectors. She is also an award-winning former entrepreneur who thrives on creating innovative solutions using new technologies. Outside of work, Olivia enjoys weight training and is part of an intergenerational choir.

Following a stint in the music industry, Dan started his writing career on the editorial team at Phones 4u. He went on to become head of content at an independent Manchester agency, embarked on a few years in the wild world of freelance, then landed on the doorstep of Writing Club.
